This is a free shoulders and triceps session. This free session showcases many concepts found on Super Sets. Super Sets is a myofibril hypertrophy program aimed to target type II muscle fibers using low rep sets to accumulate more tonnage than traditional rep schemes. Traditionally people use 3 sets of 10 to build muscle, this program uses 10 sets of 3 allowing you to lift MUCH more total weight for the same amount of reps
