This is a free training session that showcases some of the same concepts found on the Super Sets Program. 

 

Instead of using 3x10 or 4x8, we flip it and do 10 sets of 3.  In this session, pull ups are the main lift for 10 sets of 2 reps.  There is a total of 7 exercises 37 sets and over 316 total reps.

 

Back days are a little different than the other muscle groups, so be sure you try a chest/triceps or lower body day as well!
