This is a free training session that showcases some of the same concepts found on the Super Sets Program.
Instead of using 3x10 or 4x8, we flip it and do 10 sets of 3. In this session, squats are the main lift for 10 sets of 3 reps. You'll also see I have included the warm up sets and I give you the idea of switching warm up sets with what I call prep sets. After squats you have 2x2 and 3x1 on Deadlifts that come with a 1 rep max opportunity at the end. You will then move to Bulgarian Split Squats and Leg extensions and curls to failure to finish the session off.
