This is a 6 week speed and agility program that includes:
Dynamic Warm Ups
Plyometrics
MedBall Drills
Speed and Agility Drills including resisted athleticism, change or direction and reactive drills
I program for Linear Acceleration, Lateral and Crossover movement planes. Each day should take around 45 minutes or so and can be completed before you lift or on a separate day than your lifting. The program includes both coaching notes for instruciton as well as graphics to show best case scenario for set up/space recommendations
